One of my big projects this year has been planning Cincinnati Soundbox‘s New Concerto Project. The concert will present the premieres of new concerti by rising composers – Stephanie Ann Boyd, Laura Harrison, Cristina Spinei, and myself – who have been part of Soundbox programs over the past two years. Grant support from ArtsWave and Women’s Philharmonic Advocacy played a major role in helping to make the concert possible.
